  • How do I sign up?

    Use our Store. It's simple! Choose your plan! Or mix and match meals with our other options. Then, get ready for your Monday morning delivery!

     

     

     

    How soon can I start?

    New members enrolled BEFORE 3 pm on Thursday will start receiving meals the following Monday. Members enrolling after that time will start the following week after that.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    What are my payment options?

    Phone & Email Orders

    Payments via credit card or debit card are automatically processed each Friday before the week of service.

     

    Online Store Orders

    Payments via credit card or debit card are processed during checkout.

     

    What do I do if I'm going out of town?

    Contact us with the delivery stop date and the delivery restart date. We’ll look forward to you returning! Please let us know no later than Thursday 3 pm before the effective week.

     

    How do I customize my custom plan?

    Easy. Click to Login to Customer Portal. Select how you want to customize your meal plan.

    Can I sign up more than one person on one account?

    We suggest one person per account since each person’s meal plan is specific to the individual. Plus it also makes accounting easier.

    What’s the deadline? What is the cancellation policy?

    Healthe Gourmet is proud to offer convenient week-to-week flexibility. We must be notified of any changes you wish to make to your plan by NO LATER than Thursday at 3:00 PM before the applicable week. This includes freezes, cancellations, and changes to your meal plan. Requests made after Thursday 3:00 PM will be effective for the week after.

    How do I heat up my food?

    Meals, snacks, and breakfasts in black containers can be heated in the microwave by cracking the lid and heating for 1-2 minutes. Snacks can be eaten cold or heated depending on the snack and your preference. To heat in the oven, just remove the lid and any sauce container and bake at 250 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. If heating in a toaster oven, we recommend placing your meal in your own toaster-safe container.

     

    What are the delivery days and times?

    Depending on the location, deliveries are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6:30 am and 3 pm. If you have a special request for delivery, please contact us.

     

     

    Is delivery free?

    It depends. Yes, if the delivery location is within a 10 mile radius of our kitchen. If the delivery location is outside this range, then delivery is $10 a week. Contact us to inquire about our delivery service.

     

     

    Is there a charge for cooler bags and ice packs?

    Yes. There is a $5 charge for the first bag. The second bag is on us! It is company policy that the cooler bags and ice packs must be left outside your front door the night before of each delivery. If no cooler bag is retrieved at a residence after 3 consecutive delivery days, a cooler bag fee of $20 will be charged to the account.

     

    Is there a Referral Program?

    Yes!! We offer a 10% discount for referrals. We believe in sharing the love and appreciate clients for spreading the word on how healthy and nutritious our food is!

     

    We also offer a 10% military and senior citizens discount.

     

     

    What is our food allergy policy?

    If your allergy moderate to severe we cannot recommend Healthe Gourmet for you. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, shellfish and other common food allergens. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order. Contact us if you have any questions regarding your food allergies.
